PolVita & AllerClean by Pollet · 2026 edition
Probiotic cleaners from Belgium for schools, care settings, hospitality and homes across Asia.
Pollet was founded in Belgium in 1763 and is still run by the same family, eight generations on. It is the oldest family business in Belgium.
Pollet started developing biotechnological cleaners with beneficial enzymes and probiotics back in the 1990s. Under its Probiotics BY POLLET charter, it commits to probiotic products whose added value has been demonstrated through a rigorous scientific approach.
We are the authorised Asia distributor of Pollet's probiotic ranges. We bring PolVita and AllerClean to preschools, childcare centres, indoor playgrounds, hotels, clinics, F&B operators and families, starting in Singapore.
Product claims in this catalogue come from Pollet's published product information.

AllerClean's probiotic strains were selected for one job: their enzymes break down the proteins that make up common respiratory allergens.
Respiratory allergies affect nearly one in four people, and we spend about 80% of our time indoors (source: Pollet). Unlike an air purifier, which captures allergens, AllerClean works at the source, on surfaces and in settled dust where allergens build up.

PolVita builds a protective microflora and keeps breaking down dirt. AllerClean breaks down respiratory allergens. They do different jobs, so many sites use both.
No. PolVita and AllerClean are detergents, not biocides. They add a protective layer to your hygiene routine and don't replace disinfection where it's required.
Yes. Disinfectants deactivate the probiotics, so make PolVita the last step after any disinfection. It also works after steam disinfection.
No. Swap your current cleaner for the probiotic one and keep the same methods and frequency.
PolVita products are Ecologo certified, carry no hazard pictograms, need no PPE and contain no endocrine disruptors. Their strains are sensitive to the five main classes of antibiotics, and spray droplets are too large to pass into the respiratory tract. AllerClean strains are non-pathogenic and chosen for safe indoor use.
Pollet doesn't recommend probiotic cleaners in high- and very-high-risk hospital zones (zones 3 and 4).
